Mr. Anant Kumar Arora

Mr. Anant Kumar Arora Advocate is in Active Practice ever since 1981 and have a vast experience of 35 years in dealing all types of Civil, Accident Claims, Matrimonial, Banking litigation, Consumer Disputes, Criminal, Revenue, Company law matters etc. He is retainer of New India Assurance Company for Jalandhar. He is a great leader that leads his team members more vibrantly. Mr. Arora is on the panel of banks and other institutions, which includes State Bank of India, Bank of India and J& K Bank Ltd, National Insurance Co. Ltd, New India Assurance Co. Ltd, Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd, United India Insurance Co. Ltd, TATA AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd, Bharti AXA General Insurance Co. Ltd, Shri Ram General Insurance Co. Ltd etc besides dealing with leading Industrial Houses of Jalandhar. He also handles all kinds of Civil Matters, accident claims and consumer disputes for all the aforesaid Insurance Companies. He is fully conversant with the working of the courts and has gained proficiency in this line of profession.

Mr. Nitish Arora

Nitish Arora is an advocate, who has passed out his B.A.L.L.B. (Hon's) Degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and is a holder of certificate from World Intellectual Property Organization. After completing his Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws and Alternative Dispute Resolution from NALSAR UNIVERSITY, HYDERABAD he has started his carrier as advocate in 2010. He deals in various aspects that include: Arbitration matters, intellectual property litigation and litigation relating to cyber crimes in addition to all kinds of Civil, Matrimonial, Consumer Disputes, criminal, Accident Claims and revenue matters. He can independently handles all the legal matters like: M/s Steel Authority of India, M/s Cholamandalam, Investment, Finance Company, Capital Local Area Bank Ltd., HDFC Bank Pvt. Ltd., Oriental Bank of Commerce , Citizen Urban Co-Operative Bank, Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd. and Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

Aditi Kapur Arora

She is a dynamic partner of our firm. Aditi brings a fresh and innovative spirit to the team. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. After her graduation in Commerce, She pursued a graduation in law. Maintaining her brilliant academic record of being a merit holder in B.Com, Aditi topped the university in LLB also. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Her expertise includes Corporate laws, management consultancy and BPR solutions. She possesses unparallel skills of drafting and communication which in turn proves to be an asset to the firm. She is also a regular faculty member in the programmes organized by institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mr. Balraj Bhaskar

Mr. Bhaskar is an active member of Arora & Associates since 1998. He deals with Recovery Suits, Criminal Complaints, and Claims under Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Consumer Complaints, Rent Litigation, and Property matters, Revenue Matters, matrimonial matters, Service Matters etc.

Davinder Singh (Office Manager)

Mr. Davinder Singh is our employee. He works as office manager in responsible for the up-keep of office. he has got a clerk, Mr. Munish Thakur who helped him in all the office management and other works. Mr. Davinder Singh is the master of his work. He is very co-operative, hard working, submissive. He performs all the duties at our office as well as at home. He has an experience of about twenty years in doing all the legal & pure legal duties.
